Registered Dietitian Elizabeth Campling offers dietary treatment for a range of medical conditions and nutritional concerns. These include, but are not exclusive to, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, polycystic ovary syndrome, the menopause, diverticular disease, raised cholesterol, hypertension, and weight management.
By receiving Elizabeth’s support she has:
Improved gut symptoms by suggesting what and how to make dietary and lifestyle changes.
Made eating healthily less daunting by assiting people with developing meal plans and snack ideas
tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Guided people to eat well and feel better when going through the menopause.
Checked through dietary intake for particular nutrients, such as B12, calcium and iron, and made suggestions to how to increase their intake.
Improved the nutrition of people following vegetarian or vegan diets.
The support is offered at consultations in venues in Falmouth and Helston, over the phone or via email.

Elizabeth is committed to protecting personal information by complying with data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as the data controller for Eat Health. Elizabeth will only collect relevant personal information for the purpose of providing you with dietary and other lifestyle treatment. This will only be shared with other healthcare professionals if it will benefit your treatment and with your consent, and shared with relevant agencies if there is concern about your safety or that of others.
Before your treatment starts your consent will be secured for any correspondence sent via email or text. Any sensitive personal information sent via email will be encrypted. All personal information will be kept securely in paper format and once your treatment has ended will be retained for eight years. After this time the information will be securely destroyed.
